The conference was attended by the delegation of the Ufa research Institute of eye diseases. Director of the Institute, Professor M. M. Bikbov was part of the Honorary Presidium at the opening ceremony of the conference, and was co-Chairman at the morning plenary session "Diagnosis of vitreal pathology".
