Autoway Raceme Ramilevna - nurse on physiotherapy, physiotherapy – diploma of the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation.
Honorary diplomas of the administration and the trade Union GBU "UV NII GB an RB" for conscientious work and in connection with the retirement, was awarded Halfaway Venaria the Rahimovna - the main nurse who worked at the Institute for 38 years; Samovol Elvira the V. I. - - the nurse 3 microsurgical Department, who has worked 26 years; Ahmatovoj Rapide Sharipovna - the nurse of the 4th microsurgery Department, who has worked at the Institute for 19 years. In response to these greetings the staff, leaving thea well-deserved rest, said that he could work on, but go to help raise her grandchildren.
The Deputy Director on economic issues Kireeva Galiya Ahatovna made a presentation on amendments to the collective agreement, which was unanimously adopted by members of the Institute. Due to the fact that some employees are not included in the trade-Union organization of the Institute, Claflin Rustem Rafkatovich – head of the adult outpatient consultative Department made a proposal about creating the "Council of labor collectives".

The report of the Director of Muharram Bikbov: Muhtarovich at the end of 2012, was heard with great interest. Was presented the Institute's achievements in science and the clinic, the issues of funding of the Institute, salaries, given the information about the purchased equipment and conducted repair works in the course of the year.
Then, was a solemn and heartfelt congratulations of the employees and awards:
Aznabaeva Marat Talgatovich - Chief research associate of reconstructive eye surgery in children – certificate from the Institute for many years of conscientious work, the day he had a birthday and all were pleased to congratulate him. In his acceptance speech Marat Talgatovich sincerely thanked all the staff for their congratulations.
