January 16 at the Law University of Hanoi held a seminar with the participation of the doctor-the ophthalmologist of the Institute Fattakhova Boris Yerzhanov, who currently is on a business trip in Vietnam. The seminar was devoted to the problems of myopia and astigmatism and aroused great interest among the audience of students and practitioners. The seminar was also attended by Russian Ambassador to Vietnam Andrey Kovtun, Director of the International Vietnam Russian eye hospital Duong Chi Kien and other high-ranking officials of Vietnam.
