Director of the Institute, Professor M. M. Bikbov was awarded diplomas for active participation of the Ufa research Institute of eye diseases in multicentrum observational (registry) study, conducted by the pharmaceutical company "Novartis Pharma AG" (Basel, Switzerland) according to the Protocol "LUMINOUS – study of the efficacy and safety of the drug Lucentis". In this project the Institute is involved together with the 12 largest oftalmologicheskiytheir centers in the USA and Europe. Diploma awarded on behalf of Sylvia Merk (Merk Sylvia) – the head of the clinical part of the project.
