In Ufa research Institute of eye diseases, in the outpatient Department launched a system of "Electronic queue".

Dear patients and visitors of the Outpatient Department, this program will improve the quality and reduce customer service time, due to the absence of "live" queues, creating more comfortable conditions during your wait.

This system will allow to maintain confidentiality and will contribute to the adjustment of the rights of customers: electronic queue management eliminates the need to skip ahead and gives friends the opportunity to voice your question or problem only a doctor.
