X anniversary international Congress "Glaucoma: theory, trends, technologies"
The staff of the GBU "Ufa research Institute of eye diseases of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus" (Director - Professor M. M. Bikbov, head. the scientific research Department, Ph. D. A. E. Babushkin, the doctors of the Department of glaucoma and cataracts PhD Orenburkina O. I., candidate of medical Sciences O. V. Chaika, head of information and analytical and legal Department Abdrakhmanova E. S.) took part in the jubilee X International Congress "Glaucoma: theory, trends, technologies", which was held traditionally on the first Friday - December 7, 2012 in Moscow. A report on the results of drainage surgery for refractory glaucoma were made by Ph. D. O. V. Chaika. For the first time in the event was affected by the legal aspects of ophthalmic practice.
A report on the topic of ethics made by the head of information-analytical and legal Department of the E. S. Abdrakhmanova. Both reports aroused a keen interest of conference participants and many questions were given satisfactory answers of the lecturers. In addition, 8 Dec 2012 Director Professor M. M. Bikbov participated in the round table dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the journal "Glaucoma" and congratulated on behalf of the staff of the Institute Professor V. P. Erichev and members of the editorial Board and wished them further fruitful work, prosperity and success.
