20 November 2015 in Nizhny Novgorod was held the interregional scientific-practical conference of ophthalmologists, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Professor L. B. Kosovo. The conference was held in the Congress centre of the city. From our Institute with a presentation by MD, head of the Department of vitreoretinal and laser surgery R. R. fayzrakhmanov with the report "the Impact antimonopolization therapy on the dynamics of cytokine profile in the anterior chamber of the eye in patients with age-related macular degeneration". The conference was attended by more than 200 ophthalmologists from various cities of Russia. In the plenary session was attended by the President of the Association of heads of ophthalmologic clinics of Russia, head. of the ophthalmology Department of Kirov honey. Academy Professor A. D. Chuprov, a surgeon – M. D., head. the Department of eye diseases, Nizhny Novgorod state medical Academy Professor I. G. Smetankin, MD, Professor, General Director of "Clinic of Professor Stolyarenko" G. E. Stolyarenko and other leading experts of the regions.
The conference discussed the treatment of diseases of the anterior segment of the eye, diagnostic capabilities, the expansion of the indications for holding antimonopolization.
