The meeting of Bashkir regional branch of the Society of ophthalmologists of Russia and regional offices in the Republic of Bashkortostan the all-Russian public organization "Association of ophthalmologists".
November 27, 2015 the regular meeting of Bashkir regional branch of the Society of ophthalmologists of Russia and regional offices in the Republic of Bashkortostan the all-Russian public organization "Association of ophthalmologists".
The meeting was opened by the Director of the Institute, Professor Bikbov M. M. the conference was attended by 145 of ophthalmologists of the Republic.
The scientific program was presented by demonstrations of clinical cases in surgery and reports. Great interest was aroused by the video operations keratoplasty after chemical melting of the cornea (surgeon – MD, PhD Usubov E. L.) and vitreoretinal intervention in proliferative diabetic retinopathy (surgeon – MD Faizrakhmanov R. R.).
There were 6 reports on modern technologies of treatment of diseases of the eye. Deputy head of Department of medical physics, faculty of physics, Moscow state University. M. V. Lomonosov, candidate of Phys. – math. D. A. V. Larichev, introduced the report on the theme: "Methods of adaptive optics in ophthalmic applications." Staff UFRII eye diseases made presentations:
– M. D. Babushkin A. E. – "New in antibacterial therapy of inflammatory diseases of the anterior segment of the eye",
MD Faizrakhmanov R. R. – "Modern approaches to vitreoretinal surgery",
– Rahmatova, I. – "Orthokeratology – the mechanism, efficacy and safety",
– MD Akmanova AA – "Moisturizing solutions in complex treatment of pathology of the anterior segment",
– PhD of Khusnitdinov I. – "Neuroprotective therapy in glaucoma".
The conference was held in a friendly atmosphere, discussion of presentations and livelydiscussion.
