Participation in the interregional scientific and practical ophthalmologic conference XI "Refraction-2015. Refractive and accommodative aspects of fluid dynamics and glaucoma", Samara November 27-28, 2015
A large delegation of the Bashkir ophthalmologists took part in the XI Interregional scientific and practical ophthalmologic conference "Refraction − 2015. Refractive and accommodative aspects of fluid dynamics and glaucoma", which was held on November 27-28 in Samara. The delegation included the head. II microsurgical Department, PhD of Khusnitdinov I. I., PhD zaynullina N. B., PhD Samatova R. R., Gazizov T. L., and 20 ophthalmologists from the cities of Ufa, Sterlitamak, Salavat, Blagovar, Blagoveshchensk.
The conference was dedicated to the 50th anniversary since the establishment of the corresponding member of the Academy of medical Sciences, Professor T. I. Eroshevsky "Problem scientific research laboratory for the study of glaucoma" and the 50th anniversary of the study of uveoscleral outflow". In the conference took part more than 180 ophthalmologists from various cities of Russia. Presented more than 30 oral presentations 7 plenary sessions, 4 round tables and interactive workshops.
Welcome remarks the conference was opened by Director of the Samara regional clinical ophthalmologic hospital Professor Zolotarev A.V.
In the framework of the conference discussed fundamental studies of refractive pathology and glaucoma, and topical issues in refractive surgery. On the first day of the conference was carried out live 3D surgery anterior and posterior segment of the eyeball, which was attended by 13 surgeons from different cities of Russia. Postoperative results were reported for the second day in a separate report, with presentation of clinical and diagnostic data of patients before and after surgery.
Employees of the Ufa research Institute of eye diseases was presented 2 reports:
- Bikbov M. M., Khusnitdinov I. "Drainage surgery for glaucoma – the advantages and disadvantages"
- Bikbulatov A., Pasikova N. In. "Functional results of anterior radial keratotomy in the long term".
For participants was organizedophthalmic exhibition and presentation of the latest ophthalmic products.
For guests and participants of the conference were conducted sightseeing tour of Samara 19th century with a visit to the magnificent waterfront, the River port and the recently declassified Stalin's bunker.
