"ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF OPHTHALMOLOGY"

26 October 2018 within the framework of the VIII all-Russian Festival of science Ufa research Institute of eye diseases of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus held a scientific-practical conference "Actual problems of ophthalmology". In the conference took part more than 200 ophthalmologists from Ufa and a variety of cities and districts of the Republic.
The purpose of this event was the introduction of modern technologies into the clinical practice of ophthalmology to improve effectiveness of diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitation measures in patients with diseases of the anterior segment of the eye.
With a salutatory word to participants of conference were welcomed by a member of.-Q. Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Director of the Ufa research Institute of eye diseases, Professor M. M. Bikbov.
The scientific program of the conference was presented 8 reports. Prof. V. K. Surkova presented to the audience a report on "Changesthe conjunctiva and cornea in diabetes mellitus", which elaborated on the first clinical manifestations of diabetes from the body. Prof. Aznabaev R. A., in his report on "the Effectiveness of application antiseptics in the treatment of diseases of the anterior segment of the eye" highlighted the current state of the problem and introduced a range of these drugs on modern ophthalmic market. The attention of the audience was aroused by the report of K. M. B. O. I. Orenburkina on the topic "Results of implantation of multifocal IOL at femtolazer-assisted phacoemulsification, "in which she provided extensive experience performing data operations in Ufa research Institute of eye diseases. Message M. D. A. E. Babushkin on the topic "Modern NSAID therapy of eye diseases" was dedicated to the use of ophthalmic nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs without preservatives. Great interest among the conference participants caused the report of the head. II microsurgical Department of the R. A. Kazakbaev on "pterygium Surgery using a femtosecond laser", which was demonstrated first in Russia experience of conducting this type of operation. MD Akmanova A. A. presented a report on "Personalization lesozagotovitelnoj therapy for patients in ambulatory practice", and G. Z. Israfilov – "Epidemiology of cataract as a medical social problem." Very interesting post on the topic "cataract Surgery in unusual and complicated cases," presented to Ph. D. M. S. Absalyamov, showing a video of the operation with a detailed review on the operations to be performed.
All the lectures were heard with great interest. Ophthalmologists were able to ask questions to the lecturer and get the answers to his questions on the subject of the lecture.
