Ufa will host ophthalmologists of East and West
June 2-3 Ufa will become the center of world ophthalmology. VII international conference on ophthalmosurgery "East–West–2016" will bring partial to the ophthalmic science doctors, young scientists and luminaries of the profile. It is planned the participation of about one thousand participants from Europe, Asia and America.
Scheduled arrival of delegations from Western countries - Austria, Britain, Germany, Italy, USA, Switzerland, from the East - Japan, India, Taiwan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Russian cities - Moscow, Kaluga, Cheboksary, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk and others. His desire to come to such a huge event expressed by the leading specialists, chief physicians eye clinics, heads of departments of eye diseases of the most various corners of Russia.
The conference will take place at the Bashkir state theatre of Opera and ballet. There will be organized plenary sessions, educational courses, satellite symposia. The program of the conference with over 100 papers presented, the best of which will be awarded diplomas. The meetings will be held simultaneously in three halls with simultaneous translation into English.
At the opening conference on June 2 for the first time will be held the ceremony of awarding the medal. the first Director of the Ufa research Institute of eye diseases, Professor V. P. Odintsov. This medal is the only one in Russia, it will be awarded to scientists for significant achievements in ophthalmology.
For the first time, along with sessions on topical issues of ophthalmology will be held three scientific session of the foreign ophthalmological societies – Germany, India and Japan. For young scientists will be organized in interactive poster session. During videosession, where the movies ophthalmologists of Russia, Austria, Germany, USA, etc., will be discussed present interesting clinical cases.
An integral part of the conference remains "live surgery" - live broadcasts of surgical demonstrations of the operating of the Ufa research Institute of eye diseases performed by the leading Russian and Ufa surgeons.
The organization of online broadcasting of the conference together with electronic information edition "Russian ophthalmology online" will allow everyone who wants inany part of the world to take part in its work.
