Jubilee scientific-practical conference with international participation "modern ophthalmosurgery and modern diagnosis and treatment of ocular pathology" in Kiev
Leading researcher of the Department of surgery of the cornea and lens UV NII GB, MD, PhD E. L. Usubov took part in the jubilee scientific-practical conference with international participation "modern ophthalmosurgery and modern diagnosis and treatment of ocular pathology", which состоялась20-21 November 2013 in Kiev (Ukraine). The conference was dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the "Center of Eye Microsurgery", it was attended by experts from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Belgium, UK and France. The conference was an exhibition of medical products and products for optics.
The first day of the conference started with the demonstration of "live surgery", where were demonstrated the operation of cataract surgery with femtosecond support. The scientific part of the program of this day was devoted to cataract surgery and glaucoma.
The second day of the conference began with sessions on key issues refractive disorders. Great interest was aroused by the lecture of Professor M. M. Bikbov: on the topic of "Staged surgery ectasia".
The conference was held in a friendly atmosphere, discussion and exchange of experience.
