Guest from Moscow - associate Professor of ophthalmology nmhts them. Pirogov, candidate of medical Sciences S. Yu. Golubev in his report highlighted the issues of pathogenesis and modern approaches to rational therapy of glaucoma. Great interest was broadcast live operations from the or light Institute Pushkin street –the age of cataract phacoemulsification with IOL implantation "GalaxyFold" (surgeon - MD, PhD M. S. Absalamov) and "toric" (surgeon - M. D. A. A. Bikbulatov).

PhD T. R. Gil'manshin I – "Diabeticretinopathy. Principles of diagnosis and treatment";
PhD A. L. Almuhametova – "Prevention and treatment of cystoid macular edema after phacoemulsification".
On November 28, 2014 the regular meeting of the regional branch in the Republic of Bashkortostan Interregional public organization "Association of ophthalmologists" and the Bashkir regionaldepartementet of the society of ophthalmologists of Russia.
The conference was devoted to topical problems of ophthalmology. The session was attended by over 150 ophthalmologists of the Republic. The meeting was opened by the Director Ufrii eye diseases of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Professor M. M. Bikbov, who welcomed all participants.
The conference was held in a friendly atmosphere, discussion of presentations and lively discussion.
All the ophthalmologists of the Republic, guests from other Russian regions are waiting for the conferences to be held next year. We remind you that on 6 February 2015 will be held jointly with endocrinologists scientific-practical conference on ophthalmic manifestations of diabetes. At the same meeting will summarize the work in 2014, winners will be awarded.
