Exactly a month from Ufa to become center of world ophthalmology. In the capital of the Republic June 7-8, will be held IX international conference "East–West". The main purpose of the forum remains the same – to amass the scientific community of East and West, Europe and Asia, which again suggests that science has no boundaries and sanctions. This year in Ufa will bring together specialists from Singapore, India, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Belarus, as well as their colleagues from different regions of Russia and our Republic.
The first Russian Society of ophthalmologists of Turkey will present its scientific session, where 14 doctors and professors will share the results of their work. To date, ophthalmology Turkey is one of the leading positions in the world, their development and new treatment methods have received international recognition. There are also lecture sessions of the delegations of the Kazakh research Institute of eye diseases and the Azerbaijan National Centre of ophthalmology named. Z. Aliyeva.
In the framework of the forthcoming forum will take place on the Plenum and Presidium of the society of ophthalmologists of Russia. The conference participants will have the opportunity to listen to the lectures of prominent academicians of RAS. In addition to plenary sessions will be held and satellite symposia, covering different aspects of diagnosis and treatment of other ophthalmological diseases. The program of the conference will have more than 100 reports of ophthalmologists, the best of which will receive diplomas.We are planning the meeting "Videosession" with a display and discussion of interesting clinical cases from the practice of ophthalmologists of Russia, CIS and far abroad.
"Live surgery" — usually in the form of demonstration operations will be broadcast from the operating of the Ufa research Institute of eye diseases performed by leadingRussian and Ufa surgeons.
