7-8 June 2018 in Ufa will host the IX international conference "East–West", which has earned its popularity through an extensive research program among ophthalmologists from around the world.
The main goal of the conference remains unchanged – to collect on one platform representatives of the scientific community of East and West, Europe and Asia. This year Ufa will bring together experts from Singapore, India, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Belarus, as well as ophthalmologists from Russia and our Republic.
The first Russian Society of ophthalmologists of Turkey will present its scientific session, where 14 doctors and professors will share the results of their work. To date, ophthalmology Turkey is one of the leading positions in the world, their development and new treatment methods have received international recognition. There are also lecture sessions of the delegations of the Kazakh research Institute of eye diseases and the Azerbaijan National Centre of ophthalmology named. Z. Aliyeva.
In the framework of the forthcoming forum also held the first Plenum and the Presidium of the society of ophthalmologists of Russia. To Ufa will bring together leading Russian ophthalmologists whose names are known far beyond our country. Thus, the conference participants will have the opportunity to listen to the lectures of prominent academicians of RAS S. E. Avetisova, A. F. Brovkina, Chairman of the society of ophthalmologists of Russia Boris E. Malyugin.
Given the scale and number of participants international conference "East-West" and the Plenum of the society of ophthalmologists of Russia will take place at two venues: the Holiday Inn Ufa at the Bashkir state theatre of Opera and ballet.
