Jubilee scientific-practical conference "Modern technologies of diagnostics and treatment of eye diseases", dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the course of ophthalmology of the faculty of advanced training of Siberian state medical University, Tomsk, 20-21 November 2014.

- Bikbov M. M., Faizrakhmanov R. R., A. L. Yarmuhamedova
"The influence of blockers of angiogenesis in various types of neovascular membranes in age-related macular degeneration",

- Bikbov M. M., Faizrakhmanov R. R., Yarmuhamedova L. A., Zainullin R. M.
 "Vitreomacular traction syndrome, clinical management of patients".


The conference was attended by guests from Samara, Novosibirsk, Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo. Was about the management and treatment of patients with glaucoma, rational antibiotic therapy of infectious-inflammatory diseases of the eye, technique of implantation of various models of intraocular lenses. Also presented were reports on the possibilities of diagnosis and early detection of ophthalmologic manifestations of systemic diseases by optical coherence tomography. A lively discussion was conducted regarding the views on the pathogenesis of age-related macular degeneration, discussed promising methods of treatment for retinal pathology.
