12-13 October 2012 in St. Petersburg hosted a scientific conference of ophthalmologists with international participation “Nevskie gorizonty 2012”. Organizer: Saint–Petersburg State Medical Pediatric Academy. At the conference, which was opened by academician E. A. Egorov were reported and discussed issues of pediatric ophthalmological diseases, dry eye syndrome, orthokeratology, as well as General questions of ophthalmology. Ufa research Institute of eye diseases was presented three reports – A. L. Yarmukhametov “Epiretinal fibrosis in wet form of AMD”, O. I. Orenburkina “To the choice of method of surgical intervention for refractory glaucoma” and zaynullina N. B. “Collagen crosslinking of the cornea with the use of MKL”.
