The contribution of the Director of the Institute, MD, Professor of Muharram Bikbov: Muhtarovich and PhD, head of the research Department Babushkin Alexander Eduardovich the creation of a "National leadership. Glaucoma" was noted by the President of the Russian glaucoma society, Professor Egorov Evgeny Alekseevich. The presentation was held at the XII all-Russian School ophthalmologist ("Snegiri", Moscow, 15-16 March 2013). The monograph includes a large section, the authors reflected on the issue of secondary neovascular glaucoma, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and methods of prevention of postoperative scarring antiglaucomnah operations.
