The results of the systematization of the various types of bullets depending on the physico-chemical properties, explains the elements of the relationship of treatment outcome in gunshot wounds of eye and orbit peacetime from the type of the used weapon, physical and chemical properties of the bullets. Described clinical signs, ophthalmodiagnosis, the algorithm of actions of the surgeon in the treatment of the effects of gunshot wounds of the organ of vision.In a separate Chapter we describe a new magnetic device to remove the bullets from the eyeball and the orbit, providing decrease in morbidity compared with traditional magnets.
